We stayed for 2 nights with our two dogs ($25 extra/night) and found the staff very friendly. The fee for the pets were very affordable but they cannot be left unattended in the rooms other than for breakfast. Breakfast is served from 5am-10pm which includes coffee, juice, hard boiled eggs, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, some packaged baked goods as well as bagels and bread. It was a decent selection. There is also a coin laundry, vending machine and computer on site for use. Parking is ample and location was convenient. We found the rooms to be clean and the TV had a lot of channels.

The location of the hotel is very convenient being right off the Northway and on the main road - Route 3. The value for your money is excellent. The room was clean and had a nice shower.

The first night was pretty bad, my room smelled like a combination of potpourri and marijuana. Told staff & she told me she couldn't help (didn't even pretend to try on her computer), but that I could speak with management the next day. Fortunately the next day my room was changed and upgraded & that's why this review is rated as highly as it is.

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. It is very convenient, extremely clean and well-maintained, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast is great. The new pancake making machine was fun to watch. You put your plate under machine, press the button and watch the pancake batter drop down and move on a conveyor belt and exit onto your plate. Fun!

Welcoming staff, very clean hotel and room. Very comfortable beds and good bathroom equipment and amenities. Quiet environment away from main road.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The jet tub was nice and spacious. We will be back!

The room was spacious and squeaky clean, staff was friendly and efficient, Lighting in the room was the best ever in any hotel room and the breakfast pancakes eggs yogurt were above average and suited me perfectly. Even the coffee was good and not bitter and I am very picky! Bed and pillows were clean and comfortable too.

The room and property were very clean. We especially liked the layout of our room, with the sitting area divided from the bedroom area by an island with sink, microwave, refrigerator.

The staff was really friendly and super accommodating!! Their breakfast was always fresh and offered a lot of variety and you can have coffee, hot chocolate and tea all day. It was also right by the ferry crossing in to Vermont and pretty centralized to grocery stores, pharmacies, a bangin BBQ spot and coffee places.
